The daily sports betting newsletter where humor meets instincts, vetted data, and brutal honesty.
Free. 5 mins. Everyday at 11 AM ET. Unsub whenever.
Is it really free?
Yes. Free like the bread at a steakhouse. The daily newsletter costs you nothing but a few minutes. The Main Squeeze is the paid upgrade, for people who want even more of us. We know. Bold choice.
Do you sell locks?
No. Locks are for doors. You get one play, the reasoning behind it, and the price where we'd walk away. Some days the right move is to pass, and we'll tell you that too.
How do I know the record is real?
Because we show our homework, including the ugly pages. Every play is posted before the game and graded after on The Refill. Wins, losses, all of it. No deleted tweets, no “I was on the other side.”
Do you ever lose?
Oh, absolutely. Loudly, and on the record. We grade every loss on The Refill, and the meme usually roasts us. Anyone who says they don't lose is selling you something. Usually a group chat.
What's in The Main Squeeze?
Every play we like, not just the free one, plus the full breakdown and live updates in Juiceville. The Season Pass is $300/year, or Month to Month at $100. See what’s inside →
What’s an orange?
Our unit. 1 🍊 = 1% of your bankroll. So if your bankroll is $100, one orange is $1. Not glamorous, but neither is going broke by Week 6.
Why do you sometimes pass?
Because the price matters more than the pick. If the line moves past what we think it's worth, we walk away. Passing isn't exciting. Neither is paying extra for a bet that was fine an hour ago.
What's the vig?
The vig is the fee the sportsbook takes on every bet. You're paying it whether you notice or not. Our job is to help you notice. Think of us as your vig lawyer.
Who's Juice?
Juice is our mascot, an orange with opinions. Juice reads the lines so you don't have to stare at them at 2 AM. Juice has never once hit a 12-leg parlay and is at peace with that.
Is this betting advice?
No. It's information and entertainment, with jokes. We're not your financial advisor, and we're definitely not your bookie. Bet only what you can afford to lose. If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, call 1-800-GAMBLER.
