Welcome to Everyday Juice. These Terms cover your use of everydayjuice.co, our newsletter, and our paid membership, The Main Squeeze. By subscribing, reading, or paying, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Everyday Juice.

Everyday Juice is for adults 21 and older. By subscribing, you confirm you are at least 21 and legally allowed to view sports betting content where you live. Sports betting laws vary by state and country. It is your responsibility to know and follow the laws that apply to you.
Everyday Juice publishes sports news, betting analysis, opinions, and entertainment. We are a media company.
We are not a sportsbook. We do not accept, place, or hold bets or money for anyone.
We are not financial, legal, or professional advisors. Nothing we publish is personal advice for your situation.
Our plays, ratings, and opinions are for information and entertainment. Any bet you place is your own decision and your own responsibility.
Sports are unpredictable. Every bet carries a real risk of loss. Past results, including our posted record, do not predict future results. We never guarantee a win, a profit, or any outcome, and you should never bet money you cannot afford to lose.
We work to keep odds, injuries, and statistics accurate, but lines move and information changes fast. Always confirm the current odds and details with your sportsbook before you bet.
The Everyday Juice newsletter is free. The Main Squeeze is a paid membership.
Pricing. Current prices are shown at checkout. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice to paying members. A change takes effect at your next renewal.
Renewal. Monthly and annual plans renew automatically until you cancel.
Canceling. You can cancel anytime from your account or by emailing us. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Refunds. Payments are non-refundable, including for partial periods, except where the law requires otherwise.
Payments. Payments are processed by our platform and payment partners (currently beehiiv and Stripe). We do not store your full card number.
Everything we publish, including text, graphics, the Juice and Vig characters, logos, and the Play Ledger, belongs to Everyday Juice or our licensors. You may read it, share links to it, and forward free issues to friends. You may not copy, resell, republish, or redistribute our content, especially paid content, without our written permission.

We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these rules, without a refund.
Some content includes sponsored placements or affiliate links. We may earn money when you click or sign up. We label these relationships, and our Financial Disclosures page explains how they work. Outside sites, apps, and sportsbooks are run by others. Their terms and policies apply when you use them, and we are not responsible for their products, offers, or conduct.

Everyday Juice is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Everyday Juice is not liable for any betting losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 if you paid nothing.
If your misuse of Everyday Juice or your breach of these Terms leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable costs, including legal fees.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Pasco County, Florida.
We may update these Terms. When we make a material change, we will update the effective date and notify subscribers by email or on the site. Continuing to use Everyday Juice after a change means you accept it.
